RunOnMine manages the official external Secure MCP Tunnel client, targets a local RunOnMine stdio connector and keeps the runtime API key in the operating-system credential store.
Guarded setup
Connector creation validates the candidate, managed binary integrity, private staging paths, profile initialization and runtime health before committing configuration and credentials.
Credential handling
The tunnel runtime API key is stored in the operating-system credential store. Doctor checks inspect binary, profile and health state without printing the key.
Availability follows OpenAI policy
Use of custom or full MCP functionality depends on the OpenAI product, plan, workspace policy and developer permissions available to the user. RunOnMine does not bypass those controls.
